(Different syndications with various prints and lithographs will be offered on an ongoing basis).
- The client then receives a syndication kit, which includes a price list, book, and a framed original sample (when available).
- HHP staff gathers the names of all participants and randomly draws numbers to determine the order for selection. There is absolutely no preferential treatment given in this process.
- Via express mail, the client receives the selection number and details of the syndication process. HHP's art experts will begin working with each client to help organize their favorite selections in preparation for the actual selection process.
- Shortly after the numbers are drawn, the syndication is held via a national conference call, hosted by Gary Hutchison, President of Heritage Historical Prints.
- Client #1 chooses a print first, then client #2, and so on, until all participants have made their first selection. In the second round, the order of selection is reversed. This process continues until the collection is disbursed. (By alternating rounds it makes little difference who chooses first). If it is a large collection, the syndication may be divided into two days.
- Early the next morning after the syndication, the staff at HHP will begin organizing your new portfolio. Each print is carefully prepared to be sent either to your residence or to the framer (if you choose). Within four to six weeks you will receive your collection via insured parcel post (add two weeks for framing).
